Shipping Time.
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-21 day delivery time. (Keep in mind if an item is out of stock it will take longer to receive.) If rush delivery is needed please call to arrange and check stock condition. Most orders ship in 2 to 3 days when items are in stock.
International Customers please be be aware we no longer ship with UPS. Please select USPS for the shipping option.
Customs fees and Taxes are your responsibility at time of delivery. Some countries are exempt check with your customs office for your fees.
Merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. These are the choices available at order completion. If you would like to request alternative shipping methods, please call 336-835-4344 to arrange. Need something fast please Call us first.

All sales are final. Once you have a confirmation number your sale is final.
YOU MUST CALL PRIOR to returning your item. ALL items authorized for return must be returned within 10 business days.
There will be a 20% restock charge and the balance will be issued via the method used for purchase. Items must be returned in new condition with tags no exceptions.
Damaged Shipments.
Please call us immediately at 336-835-4344. Damaged item will be replaced, ASAP. Return the damaged items to us via USPS Priority mail.
In the case of damaged products we will reimburse return shipping.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions 336-835-4344. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions.
All defective items will be replaced with non-defective item.

Return Merchandise Policy.
Price is a big part of our business, at the price we sell our puppets we have little margin.
Sales are final once processed through our website.
If you have a confirmation number your sale is final.
If there is a problem and you feel you need to return an item please understand there will be a 20% re-stocking fee involved. You must call 336-835-4344 to get an approval before returning anything.
You must call within ONE WEEK of receiving your order.
If you have a question give us a call and we will do all we can to help with the problem.
No returns or exchanges will be considered after 7 days of your receipt of order.
We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. If we get the package back due to an incorrect shipping address you will be notified and a corrected shipping address will be requested. At this point we will rebill you for the additional shipping fee and ship you package a second time. We can not absorb this fee unless it was our error.
When we offer a free shipping special these rules apply.

Large Items such as stages, theaters, puppet stands, (all accessories for puppets), are excluded from this free shipping offer.
Your shipping amount will be refunded to your card used for purchase.
All orders will incur a $4.00 handling fee per order. This amount will not be refunded.

All of the items listed on our web site are not necessarily in stock. Please call if you have a deadline to verify stock levels. If an item is not available, or is out of stock, for an extended time frame we will notify you so you can decide if you would like us to hold your order, or make a substitute or credit the missing item back as a refund. Our liability is limited to returning your payment or crediting your credit card. We reserve the right to remove an item from your order if it was priced incorrectly due to typographically error. We will notify you if we intend to remove the item from your order to give you the opportunity to agree to the corrected price.
